Hi guys, I want to move my career path towards a clinical research coordinator role but it’s pretty difficult, you need experience to land entry level jobs, and how can you get the experience if you cant get hired?!! I guess my question is how should I approach my job search to land this role? Would this job be considered a good fit for someone who is very anxious – I prefer jobs where you are in a low stress environment, organizing/routine tasks, dealing with paperwork while still being part of a clinical research project that makes a difference in patient lives. In the past I worked as a medical records specialist, and despite how everyone HATES that job, I liked it because I am naturally a very anxious person who likes being left alone to do my own thing.
